No insurance means no help
No money means no help
Think on this. If you were crazy and on the streets and suffering would you sell you soul to be free. Would give youself up to God? Would you be abused by the fact that people no longer would look at you or talk to you? If you are scitzo, or a recovering victim of sexual abuse living on the streets there are some people that will help you.

go to a library ask for help. Say you are lost and cold. Keep asking people at the library until someone helps you. It is not your fault.
Love youself and allow others to help you.
